NO! I thought it was that. Is like a mini amplifier need speakers. Has a mini plug out for speakers or headphones. So, was kind of disappointing. But works.

Can you use it while charging it?

I believe that it can be used that way. But I suggest you not. Besides, it doesn't take much time for you to charge it to a level allowing you can use it for hours.

Do i need studio headphones?

can make studio headphones work with 1/8 to 1/4" adapter. ~$5

Will this work on my godin king pin f hole hollow body ?

I am not familiar with the godin, but if it uses a standard guitar jack, then the classic should work with it. The plug on the classic is the same size as a standard guitar cable.
