The shelves arrived overnight and on time. The driver kindly placed it in my house. Since the box is heavy and I have replaced joints; that was more than handy. First impression on opening the box was how very well it was packed. In the place where others would have used no packing or cardboard, there was actual steel flashing to protect the corners and surfaces. It requires time to assemble, especially if done alone, and the space needed to put the parts in the meantime. It all fit very well and came together well too. A comment from an older person; it would be nice if the instructions were larger, but they were complete, and the parts were all labeled too.

Just refurbished garage with new belt driven openers wifi connected and repainted. Had garage floor and driveway epoxied with black and white sprinkled design and then ordered one of these cabinets in white with wheels (after a ton of research). It was packed extremely well and had no damage; couldn't even find a scratch. All parts were well marked and fit. I'm 73 and my wife is 68 and it took us some time (and a beer or 2) to figure out the pictures in the installation guide, but if you take your time, you will succeed. The pictures are of their smaller cabinet, but the install is basically the same and there is also one y t video on how to assemble that also helped us. The wheels, to me, are heavy duty, including the locking mechanisms and it moves easily and smoothly. The extra space in width and depth is especially appreciated when stocking it up. We will be ordering another white one as soon as we recover from assembling this one. We live in FL and it was hot out there in the garage, until afternoon clouds and thunderstorms moved in and cooled us off a bit. Note: Previous owner had wall secured plastic cabinets installed, one of which covered an outlet. They cut a hole in the back of the cabinet to allow access to the outlet as that is a "code" issue. With wheels, we don't have to worry about that. Also, if and when we move, we can take these with us. We paid an extra $15 dollars for "inside deliver" it was too heavy for us to move or lift. Good luck...... Update: Assemble of wheel brackets to cabinet. Working through a hole to reach opening with screw and screwdrvier is a problem we solved by wrapping the screw to the end of the screwdriver with scotch tape. Worked like a charm. Tape came off when withdrawing the screwdriver and, if not, I used a needle nose pliers to remove. No issue if you just leave it alone. About to order another cabinet. 8/21 Ordered 2nd cabinet and it arrived with packaging showing signs of wear. Missing part D which is one of the large panels. They sent another whole cabinet that we found at the front door that had obviously opened at one end. Notified Amazon and they approved me opening the shipment to find our part and then arrange for pickup. This shipment was also missing part D. Returned all for refund. One star for one cabinet arriving in good shape and looks great. Moving on to another brand for next white cabinet.

Storage of dietary supplements. Discovered one cannot add a shelf to a six inch area centered around the lock/opening handle. This warps the top side of the door where it cannot be closed and locked. A shelf in this area just barely presses on the locking rods, warping the door. Moving the shelf outside the 6 inch lock/handle area solved the door problem. Also there is nobody in town who can make duplicate keys. We found out a company named cyberlock might be able to make keys, given the key code and purchase documentation, but have heard back from them yet. Anybody know of a solution for getting duplicate keys. Except for above, cabinet is solid and sturdy. Casters roll very smoothly and move in the direction you want to go.

Delivery of the item wasn't bad, the box did have some torn cardboard but was protected with the Styrofoam and metal plates pretty good. Assembly was fairly easy and probably took me about 30 minutes to complete but I do have power tools and that helped a Good amount. I like that all 4 casters swivel. So far the cabinet is holding up but I am only using it for storage in my garage. Pretty satisfied with the cabinet and price for it.

Pilot holes for the screws were drilled in the offset and some too small for the given screws. A drill is necessary to even get some of them started. Missing one of the magnetic latches and paint chipping off of the hinge. Instructions had way too many pictures for the few steps. It actually takes otherwise should have been very easy to assemble and looks good once assembled. Some of the screws are stripped and one of the doors does not latch, but I don’t really have the means to haul that to the store to return it and I’m not taking it apart now that it’s fully assembled.

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The box arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The packaging was outstanding, designed to prevent scratches and dents. Assembly took a while, but we spaced it out over a few days. The instructions are good but someone less experienced might have difficulty understanding some of the pictures. Once assembled, the unit is sturdy and is perfect for my needs.

It does what it needs to do, but it came with the metal bent in the corners. Not an issue, just needed to bang them out a bit. But a huge issue was there was fiber glass all over in the packaging, it scratched the metal up. So not only do we have marks from banging the metal out but scratches all over. The glass is plastic and the instructions were kind of confusing and completely missed the putting the door on step. For how much we spent, it wasn't worth it but we already went through the hassle of putting it together so we're going to just deal with it. On the positive side there is a lot of room for storage inside and the shelves are adjustable.

This unit is designed pretty well, a few of the screws are a bit hard to put in due to the design location. By using a magnet attached to the shank of the screwdriver, makes the screw stick to the screwdriver so you can get the screws in the hard to get places, the way they pack the unit for shipping they use some sacrificial pieces of steel to reinforce the corners and protect all the parts inside, great idea as the corners were dented in shipping due to the heavy weight of the cabinet, and the sacrificial metal saved the cabinet parts from being dented
