Great quality
So good, great sterilizer and the storage box makes it easy to carry. Cup is sturdy than the one I had.

Machines and the cups
The product is brilliant , the machine cleans quickly and effectively , cups are comfortable and easy to use ( my personal opinion ,may differ on the person ) has so many perks like eco friendly, reusable, easy to clean, healthier for your body , compact over all cost effective! I personally love it and think its a great switch.

First time cup user, game changer
Despite my sister having a positive experience with Lena cups I decided to get this one as I really liked that it came with two options and a steriliser! I figured even if I didn’t get on with the cups, it was going to be worth it for the steriliser even if I eventually bought another brand. I found initial insertion a slight challenge to get right but found the punch fold more successful than the c-fold. I wasn’t sure if I had a high cervix so tried the smaller cup and I think I’d struggle with the larger size, although my flow isn’t heavy and it’s reassuring to have another option if I ever need it. It comes with instructions on how to use the steriliser, both cups are in plastic inside the case and the steriliser has a plastic cover but no case. Overall incredibly positive experience and I have already raved about it to several friends - I feel so much cleaner as someone who hated pads and had incredible fear of toxic shock and therefore couldn’t wear tampons; I feel like I can shower, swim, wear whatever underwear I want without any worries. Buy the cup!!!!!

Amazing
Have had this cup for over a year now and wouldn't be without it. Can be tricky to get used to for first timers but once you get the hang of it, it's very secure and comfortable. Also saves so much money vs disposable products!

Worst cup I have tried
I have Being using a period cup for around 5 years now and never had a problem. I wanted a steamer and this looked like a good deal. The steamer works great I will give them that but the cup made me cry. I used the small one and getting it in was a little difficult and I didn’t have any issues with it in place but when I had to remove it, it didn’t flex and the pain was intense, to the point of tears. Not sure what to do with them as I will never use them. I would definitely not recommend these especially if you are a first time user, try pixie cup at least they will refund if your not happy.

Steriliser works, cups dont.
The steriliser machine works great and is well worth the money. The cups on the other hand aren't as good. I've waited 3 months before posting in order to try and give a fair review but unfortunately my views haven't changed. The cup stems are way too small and difficult to grip, this resulted in one being stuck inside me for rather a traumatic extra hour as I tried to remove it in my grandmother's carpeted bathroom. It didn't go well at all and by the time I finally got it out the bathroom looked like a crime scene. I feel like the cups would work a lot better if the stems were longer and not smooth as that was the main problem when trying to remove the cup.

Nice non-bleach method of sanitising ...
Steriliser works well. Initial steriliser had a faulty button but a replacement was sent out quickly which works fine. It is much nicer and easier than using bleach tablets etc.. Overall happy with purchase and customer service was very good regarding replacement. Unsure on cups as not yet used them but they look to be well made and am sure they will be fine.

I’m a first-time menstrual cup user and waited until I had used this for four full cycles before writing a review. In the beginning, the smaller cup felt a bit difficult and larger than I expected, but once I got used to it, it became much more comfortable to wear. The quality of the material feels very good, and I appreciate how well it holds up with regular use. It’s also a great value since it comes with a steriliser, which makes cleaning and maintenance so much easier. Overall, I believe this is a great purchase and a good option for beginners. I would definitely recommend it.

The case for the cup broke immediately when I opened it.

A pretty neat set. I just finished using my small cup this cycle. I find the small cup is more comfortable than the large. I was able to feel the large cup the entire time it was in, so I had to change it fast. For your heavy days, be prepared to change your small cup around the 4-hour mark. Love it! The sanitizer is the best part of this because I was able to sanitize my cups throughout my cycle. I will recommend this to all my friends who want to make the switch from pads asap.

So far so good. I think the pros outweigh the few cons I have. - Pro: easy to use and insert (mostly). - Pro: No leakage, even after several hours of working and waking up from 8+ hours of sleep. - Pro: more comfortable then a tampon (in my opinion). - Con: I wish the end, (like the string) where you pull was a bit longer. I don't like that I literally have to insert my fingers up my Vag just to pull it out. It's bloody (obviously) and messy. And idk why, but sometimes I feel like it will just get lost/stuck up there... - Con: I think the quality of the washer/steamer is low quality and the button doesn't work well.
