For the plain magnet which side would stick to the car and which side would have the design stuck to it?

Hi there, The "shiny" side is the magnetic side and the "greyish/matt" side is what you would attach your design to. TMS

Would this hold down a roof box like on a taxi or driving school car with windy/rainy conditions?

No it will only hold very light items and then not great

Can you supply a bigger size than A2 ?

Hi there, Unfortunately, A2 is the biggest size we stock.
