Got the hat a day early...yay. Looks like the picture and the brim appears to be plastic so I don't think it can be reshaped. It dips on the sides and hits my sunglasses but it does keep the sun out of my eyes. It looks like the picture and fits fine. It has a lot of stretch to it but...the more you stretch it the more the knit will expand leaving gaps in the weave...which is true of all stretch caps I guess. Wore it in 33 degree weather yesterday with a stiff wind of about 13-15 mph. It did a decent job but I think that's at the tipping point of its effectiveness. I wasn't 'cold' but I did feel the wind, especially around the ears...and the cap was folded so my ears had double protection. I walked for several miles and again, didn't get cold but I wasn't overly warm either. I never got uncomfortable. I'm going to guess that this will keep you warm on calm days even into the 20s but when the wind kicks up you're probably looking in the 30s for effectiveness. Overall a good cap and I'll keep it for hiking and general walking around the neighborhood.

I'm a big & tall kind of guy and have trouble finding hats that fit. Most of my "one size fits all" ballcaps are on the final stop, if they fit at all. I was very glad to see this hat fit comfortably without feeling tight or stretched. It's not the most attractive hat I own, but I bought it to have something can be stuffed in my coat pocket and keep me warm, not to look good. I got the brown brimmed version. I haven't tried it in below freezing weather yet, but it's been in the low 30's and snowy or rainy all week and kept me nicely warm, which is when I expect to be wearing it. The brim is as large as a ballcap, keeping sun and rain out of my eyes very nicely, and the band at the bottom folds down to cover my ears. The brim is a little stiff right now, but I expect it to loosen with time. Very happy with it, especially for the price.

It’s soft and fits my big ass head. Bought it because my campus cold ass balls and has no shade so it does its job well. Also makes me feel like an asian Patrick Stump. Whereeee is your boy tonighhttt

The hat is well made and reasonably warm. The main reason for purchasing this hat is for the build in sun visor. The sun visor is not long enough. So, it partially works. It should be as long as a baseball cap and it's not. I kept the hat, but if I purchase another, I will need to verify the length of the visor.

This cap is warm but not too hot. I know other reviewers have said things about the top looking weird but it must be my kind of weird because I like it. I have a fairly large head and the hat fits well and I don’t feel it quietly inching up. It seems like a great wind blocker made of light weight but sturdy knit. The hat was very inexpensive and worth the price plus no pinching or squeezing of my head or ears so I would say quite comfortable
