Using it for years - such a great Ispaghol option for GI issues. 100 times better than the other brands out there that flavor their psyllium husk or only provide powder options. This actually taste so nice and clean without any additives and is easy to drink/eat without feeling too heavy!

Reliable psyllium husk that mixes well and works for regularity
I’ve been using Telephone Brand Psyllium Husk (Sat-Isabgol) for a couple of weeks to add more fiber to my diet. A teaspoon mixed in water or mixed into yogurt works fine. It thickens up quickly, so you have to drink it soon after stirring. It has helped with regularity without causing any major bloating when I start with a small amount and drink plenty of water. The taste is mild and neutral, so it doesn’t overpower whatever you mix it with. One thing to keep in mind is that it expands a lot, so taking it without enough water can feel uncomfortable. I always make sure to follow it with an extra glass of water. This is a solid choice if you want a straightforward, no-frills psyllium husk for digestive support. It’s less ideal if you prefer flavored or pre-mixed fiber supplements.

Incredibly easy way to increase dietary fibre.
Dietary fibre is probably the most ignored part of a western diet. This product is produced in a well known factory in India, going back over 70 years. Just prinkle a teaspoonful over cereal or stir into a smoothie. Build up over next few weeks to up to one to one and a half table spoons. A three pack will last around two months. Relatively cheap as well. No discernible taste. Good luck !
