A really good workout kit with plenty of useful grip training tools included. The adjustable hand grippers are comfortable to use and the different accessories make training more enjoyable. Me and my brother both liked using it and it feels great for improving grip and forearm strength at home.

I bought the FitBeast Hand Grip Strengthener set because my forearms were starting to resemble uncooked linguine, and honestly… this thing has become my weird new hobby. First impressions: The kit comes with five different grip and finger tools. At first, it felt like I’d accidentally ordered a starter pack for a crab trying to evolve opposable thumbs. But once I figured out what each piece does, it actually made sense. The adjustable hand grippers: These are the stars of the show. You can dial the resistance up or down, which is great because on day one I set it too high and immediately questioned my life choices. After a week, though, I’ve moved the resistance up, and my forearms are starting to look like I maybe lift something heavier than a TV remote. Finger stretcher & grip trainer: These looked silly—like tiny resistance bands for a cartoon character—but they work. I use the finger stretcher while watching TV and suddenly understand how villains in movies get that menacing hand strength. Stress ball: A+ squishiness. Feels like squeezing a firm gummy bear. I’ve used it while on work calls and I’m 70% sure it’s the only reason I haven’t rage-quit my job yet. Results: After about two weeks, I can already feel stronger grip control, better forearm stamina, and less hand fatigue during workouts. Bonus: opening stubborn pickle jars has become a showcase event in my household. Recommendation: If you’re an athlete, a lifter, a guitarist, or someone who just wants to threaten jars and door handles with newfound confidence, this kit is absolutely worth it. Funny-looking tools, surprisingly serious results. 10/10 would squeeze again.
