Good value, high quality and no odour.

Im 53 years old and I have been taking these capsules for about a year to relieve my 'personal summers'. I did some research on google to find out how to help myself. Some said to go to drs, others said try this and that, but I think these are Nectar of the Gods. They are a little large for a capsule (far bigger than paracetamol or ibuprofen) but are still easy to swallow. I reccommend any woman of a certain age to try these. :)

I had such painful breasts with a lot of swelling in lymph nodes or maybe something else and I suffer, or should I say suffered from Fibroadenoma! Yup, I can't find any of those lumps and swelling anymore! The tissue feels nice, soft and squishy and the pain is long gone now! I noticed almost immediate effects and there were obvious positive changes happening from day one. The pain was nonexistent in a week! I've been using it for a bit over two months now and will continue using. I can't believe it! Years of pain and discomfort from the Fibroadenoma I had are gone! Only thing I noticed that is negative is that my time of the month is quite a bit more painful! I don't know if it's related to the Evening Primrose oil or not, but it started the same month I began taking these and I didn't change much else during that month. This supplement should have the opposite effect usually.

I really wasn’t expecting much to happen but taking two of these per day for the last two months has helped my cycles beyond belief. I love this stuff and now, won’t live without it! I take two every single day, and not only have my short cycles lengthened, but my physical symptoms are almost non existent. My cramps are barely noticeable, my skin is clear, no hormonal spots, and I have energy, when usually I’m basically bed bound during my period. My moods are so much better too. They’ve improved even more since I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate alongside it. I really recommend EPO. I didn’t know it was possible to not be flattened the second I was hormonal but these have changed everything!

Very easy to swallow and take daily, you can definitely feel the difference when you start taking these and they don't have a taste either. You get a lot of capsules for the price and lasts around 4 months! They also come in a very secure bottle too

It is first time I am so impressed with supplement. I struggled with tender breast not only before period but that's when symptoms were most severe. I had scan that didn't show anything to worry about but I still had massive discomfort so wanted to try different way. I took daily 2000 mg of primrose oil together with T8 vitamin e 400 (it's quite expensive one but apparently absorbs well). I didn't feel any difference at first but after a full month it reduced my symptoms by 50%. Following month another 25%. I have one more month to go so I am very optimistic. I am really impressed with body being able to regulate something as soon as it is receiving right tools.

Ich nehme sie täglich ein & fühle mich wohler. Preis/Leistung ist hier gewährleistet. Ein Wundermittel ist es nicht. Dennoch würde ich sie wieder kaufen. 5/5 Stermen und eine Kaufempfehlung meiner Seite !

Ich nehme die Kapseln jetzt schon mehrere Jahre und bei mir helfen sie wirklich gut da ich ohne sie wirklich Probleme mit meiner Haut bekomme da ich ohne diese Kapseln bzw den Wirkstoff keinerlei Produkte mit paprika oder Tomaten essen kann ohne das ich davon Mitesser im ganzen Gesicht bekomme. Das gleiche passiert auch bei dem Verzehr von Schokolade und Nüssen. Mit den Kapseln kann ich diese Sachen wenigstens ein klein wenig essen ohne Probleme zu bekommen.

Über die Wirksamkeit kann ich noch nichts sagen, da ich das Mittel erst seit wenigen Tagen einnehme. Der Geschmack und Geruch sind neutral und die Größe bereitet (mir) beim Herunterschlucken keine Probleme (nehme 2x1). Der Versand war zügig.
