Great hip thrust pad, managed to get up to 155kg for 8 reps with no pain. Normally the smaller pads you find in the gym start to hurt when I get up to 70-80kg

Bought this pad as hip thrusts were getting too painful. This is the perfect solution. It fits the bar really well and helps to protect my hip bones from bruising. I've been able to increase my weight to 100kg and I know it'll support higher as I get stronger. I was a bit concerned that it would hinder range of motion but I've not had that issue.

Great product! This back support really supported me in the gym when using it on leg day. The pad is comfortable and supportive and will be used on every leg session. Very happy with the product and the company. Will be ordering again!

It’s OK - thicker than usual pads and works for over 80kg without leaving bruises on hips. I removed two stars because it says the finish is leather, but it’s not and it’s a bit pricey for what it is.

190kg felt like 100kg. No pelvis pressure at all. Only thing is obviously pad is alot wider but other than that amazing.

If this was 1/2" thinner, it would be perfect. Since going past 90kg on hip thrusts I noticed bruising reappearing on my pelvis/hips, so searching for a meatier pad came across this beast. Pros -Cannot feel the bar against me at all -Super easy to get on -Secure thanks to double velcro and snug fit -Wipeable for cleaning - has a carrying loop. - super cute colour and lightweights -comfortable once ypu get into the right position Cons - to thick to fit in most bags - need to use additional plates to be able to fit underneath it without pre lifting the bar. - can make the bar feel unstable due to thickness, really gotta pull it into you - slight loss of range of motion at bottom of the movement -pushes right into your abdomen due to size I do like it, and I will persevere with it as I'm at 115kg on thrusts now and need more padding than I had with my old one. If this was just slightly slimmer it would be perfect

I never write reviews as I simply cba but this I feel the need to as it was a game changer. The foam pad in my gym is too think so I have to use a mat rolled up as well where as this is so thick and stays in place, I can go heavier and not get hip bruises anymore. The only negative is it is so long, it doesn’t fit in my gym bag so I keep it at the gym.

Um bei Hip Thrusts nicht die Hantelstange im Unterleib zu haben ist dieses Polster sehr gut geeignet. Deutlich stärker und dicker gepolsterter als die normalen fürs Kniebeugen machen die Hip Thrusts wieder Spaß und man kann mehr Gewicht auflegen ohne das es schmerzt. Für Kniebeugen definitiv nicht zu empfehlen da es viel zu dick ist. Der Klettverschluss ist extrem und ist in der Mitte geteilt und wird gegenläufig geschlossen. So kann sich das Polster auch nicht so einfach lösen. Positiv ist auch das es absolut nicht gerochen hat beim auspacken :-)
