This is being sold as new, but is not new. Thermal paste was wiped off.
This was sent without the paste pre-applied and it looks like it has been cleaned off (there are traces of it being cleaned). Given that this is being sold directly by the manufacturer, it feels very poor and misleading.

Resultó completamente inútil, a pesar de su gran tamaño y materiales de alta calidad. El procesador se calienta hasta 95-100 grados bajo carga y se enfría lentamente. Qualitativ hochwertiger Luftkühler. No-Brainer für Desktop SP6 oder TR5
Qualitativ hochwertiger Desktop-Luftkühler, welcher auch mit einigen AIO's mithalten kann und dabei noch halbwegs leise ist. Kühlt meinen 7960X super und dieser kann voll auf die 4,87 GHz boosten.

There's no better cooler for my 7985 WX

Don't know much about cooling systems but I couldn't find another system that fully covered the plate on the AMD 64 core threadripper and this one does cover it and keeps it cool. On idle it's running around 35c and under full load with all cores at 100% it's 71c.
