Good quality for the price. Got the job done. I needed to cut some Acrylic to make antennas for amatuer radio. The more angle the better. It cut nicely and with ease. Well built, decent design!

Just because it's inexpensive doesn't mean poor quality. I was surprised when I received this $9.00 hacksaw. I thought they sent me the wrong one because of the overall quality, but it's true. I finished the job it was intended for in no time and it's ready to tackle the next project. I recommend Hanpex. They make good stuff at a reasonable price.

Does exactly what it says it will do

This hacksaw is light and rigid. I don't use a hasksaw as often as I used to so this will work just fine as an occasional use tool. I used to use a hacksaw regularly and I doubt this tool would hold up to worksite abuse. Work tools get stepped on, dropped and misused. Occasional use is perfect for this rust resistant tool.

Great saw at a great price

This is a great tool. I needed to cut the gutter which is heavy metal and it cut it easily with some effort. I recommend this tool

Good for small and big jobs

Good product.

Needed a new hacksaw for a few jobs around the house and this has done the job well so far. The frame feels sturdy and doesn’t flex too much when cutting, and the blade cuts through metal surprisingly easily. The handle is comfortable enough to use for longer periods and the tension mechanism keeps the blade nice and tight. Comes with a decent blade included as well, which saved me having to buy one separately. For the money I honestly can’t complain. Feels reliable and much better quality than some cheaper ones I’ve used before.

A cut above the rest.

We bought this hacksaw to use at home with small wood pieces we used to make a painting frame and it worked well. It is smaill and looks a bit frail but it gets the job done. You probably would not want this type if you have a lot to saw but for ocassional, light use it's perfect.
