Wear a good dust mask, eye and ear protection. You especially don't want the small particulates settling into your lungs.
Turns the Rotozip into a beast if you have to cut through sheet metal, tubing, small metal bars, etc.

Unsafe to use find a different blade
It's OK. I purchased my unit with the accessory that allowed me to use a 3.5 inch blade at a 90 degree angle from the shaft. I did not realize that it was an accessory as every Rotozip I have ever used in cutting out empty conduit has this installed on it. When I order these abrasive blades I didn't realize I would have to disassemble my Rotozip just to use these blades because they were only 2.5 inches in diameter. But the purchase was my fault, just because the use of this type of blade creates an unsafe and hazardous work environment. The blades shatter when the metal they are cutting shifts and throw pieces of the blade in every direction. They are not even that safe in cutting off heavy bolts (the metal expands and breaks the blade)

I’m not happy with the 2
I had 3.5 diameter disks with my Roto Zip. I’m not happy with the 2.5 diameter disks.
