These pills work great. One of the only pills I take that help get rid of the sensation. They're inexpensive too compared to another one I was buying that doesn't even work as well.

I used Ryland restless legs before, but sometimes I ended up taking up to ten of those to work. With these I take 1 and that's it. I'm definitely ordering more.

It helps my husband, who really suffers. Not foolproof or a cure (is there one?), but he says it helps so he has continued to take it. We've tried some other homeopathic meds which work wonderfully for my leg cramps, but not for his RLS, so I was surprised and pleased that this gives him some relief.

I have severe restless legs syndrome (RLS) and should be studied as the poster child of the affliction. Taking pramipexole for the last 7 years and that does work. Wanted an alternative so I could get off of another medicine. Had COVID and did not take the normal medicines for about a week. Guess what? No restless legs for that whole week. Made me think that maybe some other medicine(s) was causing the RLS. Looked up both Lexapro and Metoprolol, you guessed it. They both cause RLS. I believe the Lexapro can cause uncontrolled arm and leg movements (RLS) that can become permanent. Really! Why didn't my doctors, who all knew my RLS warn me about that side affect. It ultimately is my responsibility for my care and now testing which of the drugs are causing my RLS and looking for alternatives. In the end, give the product a try. If it works you have solved a problem on your own without the need of those expensive doctors. By no means stop taking drugs you have been prescribed without the supervision of the doctors.

My wife and I both have RLS to some extent, but it manifests in different ways. She has the typical kicking, while my legs and feet feel tight like I have to get up and stretch. With me this feeling will build up until I twitch. We tried several things like soap in the bed or drinking tonic water for the quinine. The tonic water seemed to help my wife somewhat, but it gave me an upset stomach. We read about prescription medicines, but the side effects sounded worse than the cure. Finally we found this and thought that we would give it a shot. While the taste isn't much to write home about, the effects most certainly are! I took it 20 minutes before bedtime, and when I went to bed? No tightness, no twitching! It's helped my wife as well. We're three nights into this and have had no side effects and no let up in the relief. I heartily recommend that anyone suffering from RLS give this a try. You have almost nothing to lose, and a return to a good night's sleep to gain!

I was hoping. ... alas, this isn't for me. Didn't feel quite right after taking per directions Sort of light headed. Only one night, but out it must go. Not worth it for this customer. Each physical body is unique; and, apparently this product didn't compliment my system. Will press on w/ my original, other brand. Really so sorry I could not honestly give this a rave review. Just didn't work for this consumer.

This product has all but disappeared and I'm not pleased. I knew I should have stock piled them. I found a comparable product but they aren't quite as good but, trust me, they're better than nothing. Leg cramps are a miserable situation and usually occur at night. So we took them as directed every night, faithfully, and were sorry to see them go. The new ones, with a little liodicane rub, helps us both thru the night.
