Wow these are gorgeous! Really delicious! Pictures show my attempt at vanilla vodka, the first one is after 24 hours the second one 15 days. I removed the pods & added them to damsons, to be used for crumble & ice cream. These pods are unctuous! Moist and fragrant and filled with seeds. I couldn’t stop smelling them! Great value for money. I almost purchased 2 Madagascan pods for around £8 at Tescos, knowing I would be very disappointed! I’m so glad I didn’t! Highly recommend & can’t wait to do a vanilla ice cream with them. Will buy again.

I bought these a year ago to make some extract using around 400ml of 40% ABV vodka. I've just decanted it off the beans and I am VERY pleased with the result. The flavour is superb, as intense as the fancy (for me, anyway) Nielsen-Massey brand I buy, and for a LOT less cash.I'll be using these beans for a second batch as advised by a friend, and I'll also be buying another fresh batch to get another full-strength brew on the go ready for the end of next year.I can see this becoming an annual tradition.(The pic shows around 300ml of the finished extract.)

Absolutely brilliant.I needed to make a new bottle of vanilla extract.Yesterday, I used some vanilla pods I already had but needed more so ordered these.There is a massive difference between these and my others. These are so plump, I could cut them easily, as I need to halve them for my extract. These cut beautifully and are absolutely full of vanilla with the most glorious smell.Brilliant price will order again

That’s how vanilla beans should be. Great quality for a reasonable price. I’ve used other vanilla beans sold on Amazon, but I will only buys these again. I do a lot of baking, these are my favourites!

Super fresh, moist, good size, good amount of vanilla caviar. I add it to my black Indian loose tea jar for home made vanilla chai. Will order again if price remains affordable as these are lovely beans which is hard to find at this price.

Arrived on time, undamaged. I won't know quality until the extract ages. These are grade A beans, but have used grade A for extract in the past but the extract was very good. Have also used vanilla flavored vodka as the soaking medium. These have a wonderful chocolate smell, like fudge or brownies which is what the beans from Uganda are known for. Will update review once the extract has aged.
