Does exactly what it should do , good quality item

Bought them as replacement batteries and are as good in my opinion as the original ones

Less than a year old and will charge to 60% then overheat, take out of the charger and down to 00% within 30 minutes, hardly used these batteries too. My previous waitley batteries have been going good for almost 3 years now, the quality has massively dropped!! Very dissapointed

These seem good quality and are still holding a charge after 6 months or so. Don't last quite as long as the OEM batteries but nearly and you're much cheaper. The little % used is somewhat accurate and useful. Most importantly they've not overheated or started a fire!

bought as spares for my Makita power tools at this time of year I'm using my cordless blower for garden leaves a lot and its nice to have a couple of spares in reserve they seem to last as long as my originals but at a quarter of the price. The are heavy on unpacking I've had other look a like's that are really lightweight so obviously not enough cells inside The digital display seems accurate enough and charge just as quickly as original. I hope they hold a charge as good as Makita ones only time will tell but i have had original Makita ones die after little use when stored and are not recognized on charger . So overall hope i have made a good choice.

I have bought these batteries back in July they was working well and charging well until today when I put one on charge and it did not charge. The charger is telling me the battery is broken. I’m abit disappointed with this as I have got 9ah the same as these and they have perfect. Wouldn’t let you be put off by this though as these are the best replica batteries you can get for Makita.

These 5Ah from Waitley in a 18v Makita fit are ACE. Ace means VG very good. They are different from Makita that the battery condition/charge is in % rather than coloured lights, which some crap 8 Ah versions show green instead of red! Confused? Yes so was I. I've returned a few rubbish batteries from suppliers on Amazon and recieved full refunds no problem. These guys are good, I'm happy.

Had these batteries before, theyre good value and probably the best alternative to the genuine Makita product. Some of the reviews claim that they don’t hold charge but I’ve never found that to be the case.
