I give it a five star rating despite the picture being perhaps being slightly misleading as others have already written about. For me, the extra space is a feature. I've placed some left-over foam inside of the case. I cut this piece of foam to size. The result is some nice extra padding for the camera, which keeps it even more protected. The extra space is also sufficient for the camara plus the charger and the charging cable that came with it. That's what the picture actually indicates, which means that it is not really misleading. Build quality and value for money are also quite good. It's a hardcase which makes it suitable for using the camera as an everyday camera where you carry it around in "unstructured" environments like your backpack or some duffel bag. Pouches are not as good as they get squeezed to much.

Don’t buy. It’s way too big and does not fit the camera so it will just bounce around. I had to go out of town and missed the return window and am so upset because this is a useless piece of junk. If you are going to advertise it will fit a certain camera… make sure that camera actually fits securely not with over an inch on each side… waste of time, money, and plastic since it will now just need to be thrown out.

Just perfect great price

As others have stated it is bulkier than the pictures show. However, my extra batteries and charging cable fit without issue. The inside has a strap to secure the camera so it will not be floating around. It is a hardshell and seems sturdy and well made. If you want a slim fit and probably room for just the camera and nothing else don't get this, if you don't mind a bit of bulk and need room for an extra battery then you'd probably be happy with this product.

Sturdy product but very large of the small camera

I purchased this item, because the pouch of my RX100 was dirty and falling apart after many years. Also, the Velcro flap didn’t stick anymore. And not much fit inside. I don’t have any of those issues anymore now! I am very happy with this hard case, as it is much more robust and protective for my camera. It won’t fall open and it won’t deteriorate. I actually like the extra space inside, as I prefer to carry some extra accessories with me while I travel, like an extra battery for the camera, the charging cable, the filter, and a cleaning cloth. Everything fits nicely inside this case and I don’t have to worry about losing anything or having anything break.

This little case is perfect to protect my camera when traveling. It is well made and fits the camera and has plenty of room for a charging cord, extra batteries and chips. It’s easy to open and close and comes with a wrist strap that attaches! In the picture you will see the width, I would say it’s about 2 times as wide as the camera and may not fit in smaller bags but will definitely fit in a larger bag. I love being able to take my camera places without worrying about it getting broken in my bag!
