Putty Colour-Correcting Eye Brightener, Under-eye Brightener & Primer For Reducing Appearance Of Dark Circles, Vegan & Cruelty-free, Fair

This is now my go-to product for under eye colour correction. I had got stuck in a routine of using the same liquid concealer for everything: spots, redness and under eye dark circles. This is a superior product for under eyes as it has a more dewy consistency which doesn’t dry out the delicate skin and doesn’t emphasize fine lines by looking too matte. I took a punt on the shade choice but it was actually perfect. Love the price too! I’m exploring more e.l.f products on the back of the success of this one.

I wouldn’t say it covers dark circles underneath the eye completely, but I did find it illuminates and hydrates. I’d definitely purchase this product again and recommend for anyone looking to use a lighter product for mature skin that has lines and wrinkles.

I am 43 year old Mum of 3 who doesn't know a lot about make up and applying it. As I am getting older and with this cold weather we are having, I wanted to find something that could perk up the eye area and help cover the dark circles and some uneven skin and age spots. I was looking for something that I could apply as a base for concealer but also that could be used to brighten up my eyes if not wearing any make up. I like the texture of this product and how it moisturises the skin around the eyes. It cover the dark circles and I would say it doesn't get stuck in my fine lines and wrinkles. It is easy to apply and looks good by the end of the day. I feel it blends well and is effective.

Not sure what to say about this product so I gave it three stars. I got my perfect skin colour, so that’s good. It was easy to apply, so that’s good. Coverage looks okay but after an hour, I had to use bare minerals to cover up fully. Not sure it worked on those panda/raccoon eyes of mine —but I’d say try it for yourself. You might have a different experience.

Only giving this 4 stars but that might change as I become more adept at applying. Quite a small pot however you don’t need a lot of product to achieve its purpose. It’s quite greasy - it doesn’t absolve into your skin but rather it sits on the surface. However, it definitely does what it purports to do - it colour corrects. I was a little bit worried it would interfere with my mascara’s ability to adhere to my bottom lashes but it was fine. Definitely a ‘keeoer’, I just need to work on my application skills.

I really like this. It works well on its own and as a base for concealer. It did crack slightly but I didn’t have primer underneath the first time so make sure your eye area is well moisturised etc before use. I am very pale and got mine in fair, the pinky undertone corrects dark eye circles. A little goes a long way. It is quite pricey for such a small tub though, that’s the only issue I have with it.

It didn’t cover also I see the eyeballs are more visible after I applied. I’ve used a cheaper version which was doing an amazing job

Tengo ojeras marcadas, profundas y la zona tiende a resecarse. Este producto lo utlizo con otros 2 de Erborian y he logrado manejar las ojeras a la perfección. Su textura es fácil de manejar y hay que utlizar muy poco producto en la zona especifica a tratar. Realmente lo recomiendo

It has the perfect texture and easy to blend in. Gives a natural finish too. It's a must have in your make-up bag. I use it every day and would definitely recommend it.

This product does a really good job at brightening under the eyes. The peach shade is ideal for correcting purple under eye circles, while still being semi translucent. My skin is pretty fair (N2 — cooler than warm, but neutral) and this shade blends in very well without looking like obvious makeup. Usually, I would wear an under eye concealer and full face of foundation, and using one without the other would be very noticeable. This summer I am now trying out a “tinted SPF cream” with just using this putty colour correcting eye brightener and I’m surprised at how good of a job it does of looking natural but still more put together than how I look when I wake up. It’s also nice to just use my fingers when I haven’t got around to cleaning my makeup brushes. It does crease a little bit, and more if you are using multiple layers of product under the eye. Every product does this though, so I don’t see it as a flaw. It isn’t the worst offender. At first I tried layering it under my usual concealer but I noticed a lot of creasing so now I am just wearing it by itself and it looks just as good as full on concealer, if not better. The ELF line of primers/putty is really good value and it is a silicone based product so it works with my water/silicone products (but avoid oil-based products to reduce pilling.) I also used ELF primer and elf setting must (water based) and have been happy with the results of my “lightweight” face, as opposed to my usual “full face” of makeup.
