Nordic Ware 80577 Bundt Squared Pan, 10-Cup Capacity, Graphite

Performs better than I expected. Thought I might have problems with sticking, but so far every cake has come out clean. Just be sure to grease and flour it up good and that does the trick. I use butter, but margarine or Crisco will work also. Makes a really pretty cake!!

I'm a baker who is obsessed with Nordic Ware's Bundt pans. They really are a step above other manufacturers. I have never had a problem with sticking or quality issues with any of their pans and this one is no exception.I was struck by the unique shape of this Bundt. You don't see a lot of square Bundt cakes! It's also comparatively cheaper than other Nordic Ware Bundt pans which is surprising because it's definitely one of the more unique ones.The pictures you see are just a rough attempt at the recipe that was included with the pan (whiskey peach upside down cake). A word of warning on Nordic Ware's recipes that come with the pans, they ALWAYS overfill the pan. I own more than 10 of these now. The amount of whiskey butter sauce that these peaches I hastily threw in overflowed the pan while baking. I'd cut it by a quarter at least.That said, for not arranging the peaches at all and just dumping everything in the buttered pan, this turned out tasty and delicious and I'd recommend the pan. The grooves were pretty easy to clean out (which is more than I can say for their other pans) so no special equipment needed to get out little bits of leftover cake. Dish detergent and a sponge works just fine.

I love the square shape and the performance of this pan!Of note:- The non-stick functionality of the is superior. I did use butter + flour (as I do with all non-stick cake pans, just for additional security), but clean up was *much easier than with my older, silver colored Nordic Ware bundt pan.- I do recommend keeping a more eagle eye toward cake doneness on your first use until you know how the pan performs in your oven. In my own oven, the pan bakes differently (more quickly) than my 3-year-older silver Nordic Ware pan; I assume the time is affected by the pan having a different color coating. My cake was done 15 minutes earlier than usual. The shorter cooking time isn’t a problem, but it is something to be aware of!

I used the pan and the cake came right out. It’s smaller than I expected.

Overall all good as expected from this brand. But it is smaller than it looks and than a normal Bundt pan.

Good cake pan

This was a gift. It is nice and heavy. Not skimpy. She has made a cake in it and it came out easily. I was concerned it might stick in the ridges, but it did not!!!

😱 the color is not what I thought it would be (gold/copper). The size is much smaller than what I expected (10-12 cup capacity). My recipe calls for 12-cup Bundt pan. I'm not sure if i will take a chance in this pan (keep or return).
