Useless, the silicon slips right out of the clasp on the wrist straps even at lightest setting let alone if you’re trying at a realistic level of resistance. I threw them away the day they arrived they’re absolutely useless

The item is pretty good it really does help with increasing your grip strength I just wish that there were two wrist straps along with the package cause that way I can work on both of my hands

Not useful
The holes that goes around your fingers are too small and made it difficult to put on. I don’t think this product is useful and would just rather use dumbbells to do exercises for my forearm.
