Is the ink waterproof when dry? I want to use with watercolor or markers.

It's not water proof at all. if your doing water based art (like watercolor) with it you'll have to digitize and then print with a pigment based ink, or do pencil and then final lines over it. These pens are incredibly smooth compared to any other sub 0.38mm pen I've used. There's almost no stop start in the ink flow, which is a rarity in this catagory.
