LMNT Zero Sugar Hot Chocolate or Coffee Mixer - Chocolate Caramel Salt | Drink Mix | 30-Count

I just started the keto diet, so I’m still craving carbs and sweets. This mix gets rid of my sweet tooth. It has a nice taste. I like the saltiness bc I like salted Carmel. If you’re not a fan of salted Carmel or chocolate, you might not like it. I like cold drinks, so I get a small cup of hot water to dissolve the mix and then add it to my ice water. If you don’t do that, it won’t mix well in cold drinks. Drinking this the first few days took away my keto flu symptoms. I’ve also tried the citrus , watermelon, and raspberry, but this chocolate Carmel one is my favorite. It is very sweet, which takes some getting used to, but oh well. I definitely recommend this to folks who are low carb and have a sweet tooth and like salted Carmel.

Nice treat, like a hot chocolate, but its price prohibitive for my budget.

I love the chocolate caramel mixed in with my coffee! It really tastes like salted caramel mocha. The saltiness takes some getting used to, so I started off using half a pack at first but now I add a whole one. I look forward to my coffee every morning even more thanks to these!

The flavor of this was just awful for me. I tried drinking it a couple different ways but truly cannot stomach the salt flavor. A few of my family tasted it and got polar opposite results. 2 were overwhelmed by the fake sugar stevia flavor and 2 just tasted salt. I finally forced the rest of the drink down and almost immediately had explosive diarrhea for the rest of the evening. Highly do not recommend.

I am so impressed with this drink! I needed a low glycemic electrolyte replenisher but like many people with mold allergies I cannot tolerate citric acid, which is grown on mold. That rules out most gatorades and fruity electrolyte drinks, so I had been mixing diet juices with plain lmnt. But it’s winter time now and so warm drinks are more appropriate, and lo and behold there is a sweet hot version on the block! I have found that half a packet per twelve ounces of water works really well, and I bet that it would be even better made with a nondairy milk base instead of water. I add a splash of vanilla creamer to mine and it is so fun to drink; it has a very light flavor (not intensely chocolate at all), that is really comforting. Thanks LMNT for making something really palatable and new to try!

Like other reviews have mentioned, it tastes like salt… but that’s exactly what you are paying for. Haha. Being someone on a keto style diet, my doctor suggested that I try LMNT to keep my electrolytes up. What helped me actually grow to like this is adding it to my morning protein shake (usually a coffee, chocolate or caramel flavor) I have found that it cuts down that “bitter” pure salt taste and makes it more tolerable for me. I do notice I have more energy and less “keto fog” on days I take this supplement too.

Wasn't quite sure how this would be but WOW! I tried it in my coffee - it was delicious. It is even better when just combined with hot water. This is my new go-to for sure!!

Really disappointed in this product. I have tried other electrolytes before and have one that I use that I enjoy but was trying to find one lower in calories so it didn't mess with my fasting. I loved that this was 5 calories and hadn't thought to add electrolytes to warm water before. I first tried a packet in black iced coffee and it was nasty. It didn't mix well at all and was super sweet and salty. I decided to try it hot and added only half a packet to a mug. It mixed much better and the saltiness was tolerable but the sweetness was not. I could barely stomach about half of the mug. And it took time to drink that. The flavor combination overall was decent minus the sweetness. If it didnt have the stevia I think this thing would be amazing. Let me add that I have a SWEET TOOTH. I am not someone who doesn't eat sweets. I am doing OMAD and like 40hrs prior to trying this LMNT, I ate a dang whoppie pie during my omad. So I was really surprised at how disgustingly sweet this thing was when I typically rather enjoy sweet things. 3 stars because if you dont mind stevia and how grossly sweet it is- this product is low in calories, and would probably be a pretty great addition to your morning coffee or even with hot water like I had it. I think it probably did help with brain fog a bit too so there's that. But it's gross lol

The flavour is really not for me. I have tried both hot and cold and at different concentrations but I find this a lot harder to get down than some of my homemade electrolytes mixes. :( for the price I was expecting a lot better a bit sad can’t return

great taste and zero calories. finally an electrolyte that’s not plasticky- sweet like all the rest

Very tasty. It’s great on a cold day because you can add hot water and it tastes like a hot chocolate.

My usual, go to electrolyte mix, while a much better value, does not have this delicious flavour. It does however have an excellent ingredient profile. It only comes in individual packets, no tub option, so can be expensive. However, use half in my morning coffee, half in my night time shake. Taste great in both.
