Q: Error message: Burden? I received the new Beardscape Trimmer today, BUT it doesn't work? It only says "Burden" when I power up. Advice?

Per Brio Product Support: "It is normal for the word burden to display on the screen, it’s just giving reference to what the circles are for. As you use the trimmer and put pressure on the blade the circles will fill in. If they ever stayed filled in this would indicate you need to clean and oil the blade. The word may appear and disappear and then come back again later and this is completely normal."

Q: I think the product is defective. i just received it and all it says is burden when i press the button. am i doing something wrong?

It's supposed to say that. It's a burden meter to show you how often the blades need oiled.

Q: I charged them according to how long it said in the owners manual and still nothing. How do you return these clippers ?

Returns are done through Amazon. I charge mine over night and it lasts for weeks but maybe you have a faulty one. I even use mine to cut my hair

Yes! This trimmer is perfect for cutting hair. The guards range up to 12mm
