This is the only hand cream that seems to help with cracks or cuts on hands. Very good moisturiser.

If anyone was to open my bathroom cabinet, they would think my hobby was collecting handcreams. 30 years of nursing has played havoc on my hands so I think of myself as quite the connoisseur when it comes to hand cream. The scent is very subtle which is good for those that are affected by heavily scented moisturisers. The cream is fairly thick but it absorbs into the hands very easily. It doesn't leave your hands greasy like some but there is a definite tackiness to my skin after use. This can be felt against my mobile screen when composing this review. It does leave the skin on the back of my hands very soft immediately after use and this lasts usually until I wash my hands again. I have found that it makes my palms strangely feel a bit tight but I overcome this by using a different handcream that doesn't have as long a lasting moisturising effect as this Aveena. Not having sensitive skin, I can't comment on its use on it. Overall, a good hand cream for hands abused by years of nursing.

This nice compact tube is perfect for keeping in your handbag so it's always with you when you need it. A little goes a long way too! No more dry hands after washing them. It sticks enough to not rub off as soon as you've applied it, without leaving your skin feeling tacky. Unperfumed, so there's no irritation to sensitive skin. Great quality product, recommended by my Doctor, at a reasonable price.

Great hand cream

I’ve been using Aveeno Daily Moisturising Hand Cream for a few weeks now, and it has become a staple in my daily routine. I get dry hands quite regularly particularly after swimming and doing the washing up etc. So I tend to want something that absorbs quickly when I need it, doesn't leave me feeling greasy, doesn't stink and doesn't irritate my skin. I handle a lot of electronics so one of my pet peeves is having oily skin - it can start to leave marks! I've tried a lot of hand creams and I settled on a favourite a while back, which was Neutragena's for sensitive skin. I found it was fairly non-greasy and moisturising. I started using this hand cream after a friend recommended an Aveeno bath oil for my babies when they were going through chicken pox. I'd never heard of the brand (ok, ok I live under a rock) and when I told my friend, she laughed and recommended the hand cream. I'm a sucker for recommendations so I went ahead and tried it and have been hooked. It claims to moisturise for 24-hours (clinically proven no less!) - I can't verify that personally but it does last me hours. I do find myself using it twice or more per day, with a generous dose, depending on what I'm doing. It makes my skin feel great. I've had comments from my wife about softer hands and they feel more pleasant to the touch for myself too. It doesn't irritate my skin - I've had some hand creams that will make the backs of my hands and my wrists flare up. It doesn't smell. It absorbs quickly. I go through about a tube a month, which is fine for me but as it's a little on the dearer side you may want to factor that in with your usage.

I love all aveeno products it maybe a little more expensive but it's worth every penny.

Cercavo da tempo una crema mani che si assorbisse quasi istantaneamente, che non lasci le mani scivolose e che non abbia odori fastidiosi. Questa è la crema giusta! Il tubetto è molto pratico e facile da portare in giro; la crema è super idratante e lascia le mani morbide e, nonostante un leggero odore iniziale poco percepibile, tende a non lasciare odori. Sicuramente la riacquisterò presto.

You can never go wrong with this product. I knew I would love this item, as I have used it for years, but the surprise was the "size". I bought it for my purse, but now I realize - because of the "size" I can purchase one for my desk drawer, car glove box, night stand, and many more places. The texture of the hand cream and convenient size is exactly what I have been looking for. In fact, I think I will buy several to add as stocking stuffers. I am always looking for small, but useful items to give, and this is perfect. Of course, I will buy these from Amazon, they keep a list ofy past items so I don't forget. Thank you.
