Why does the grinder not work?

Cut off the power, empty the cabin to ensure the blade isn't jammed. Examine the carbon brush—replace it when it's too short or has no elasticity. Close the cover, plug in the power, and press the air overload switch.

How should I clean this machine? Can I rinse it with water?

Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not rinse with water or use sharp tools – wipe with a dry cloth. Must clean to prevent residue buildup in the inner compartment, which could reduce performance in subsequent use.

I don't know how long it will take to grind it

Through repeated trials, we’ve discerned a key truth: no matter the substance being ground, its transformation need never stretch beyond three minutes—indeed, it can reach perfection in under two.

What causes that peculiar scent when the machine is first put to use?

Powered by a carbon brush motor, this machine may emit an odor due to its hardness when used for the first time; grinding rice or tea first can eliminate such a smell.

There are sparks and smoke during use, what should l do?

Check if abrasive material exceeds two-thirds of the container (do not fill) or working time over 3 minutes. If not, but sparks/smoke persist, check damaged carbon brushes, tighten both sides, then restart.
