Love these for traveling especially Mexico and some places in Europe. They work great for settling your stomach. We take them sometimes before dinner or drinks if there’s spice or just lots of food. Very easy to swallow and great price compared to other overpriced options.

Excellent It solves my life

I got this activated charcoal to keep at home for occasional stomach discomfort, pain relief, and gentle detox support. The capsules are a bit large, but still easy for me to swallow, with no taste or smell. The powder inside is very fine and a deep black color — in my video I opened one capsule to show the texture. The bottle includes 240 capsules, which is a great value and will last a long time. The only small downside is that the capsules can slightly stain your fingers if you handle them too long, but it’s not a big issue. The packaging was secure and the seal was intact when it arrived. Overall, I’m happy with this supplement. It works gently, helps with bloating and mild discomfort, and it’s a useful product to keep in the medicine cabinet.

I like the zero taste and smell of these. My first time using this particular brand. It came at a much cheaper price than my original brand. I have to use three to get my cleanse going. If you’re trying to actually have a full bowel movement, you’ll need to take three. Reference, I’m 5’0” @120 pounds and it went like this: 2 caps- softened things up but had to combine with senna. 3 caps- detox started but was not complete. Stomach pain was intense. Had to combine with aloe 4 caps-the runs all the way to the bathroom with loads of gut pain. Size is medium but easy swallow. Overall, I’ll only use these as a backup replacement if I can’t afford the higher quality ones. But I do recommend trying these.

Activated charcoal pills have been a quiet constant in my life for as long as I can remember. My parents and grandparents always kept them on hand for poisoning, gas, and digestive issues. My sister, who frequently had an upset stomach, relied on them as a digestive aid. I kept them around mostly out of habit, because that’s what my family did, and for years I rarely needed them. That changed after I had a bad reaction to a prescription drug. I felt genuinely unwell, like something toxic had entered my system. On instinct, I took charcoal, and within minutes I started feeling noticeably better. That was the moment I stopped thinking of charcoal pills as an old folk remedy and started seeing them as something genuinely useful. More recently, after an MRI with contrast, I had a BAAAAD reaction. While still in the machine, I could literally feel the contrast moving through my body and lighting up every old injury, ache, and sore spot I’d ever had like a pin ball game. Over the next few days I dealt with lethargy, stiffness, swelling, and that unsettling feeling that various organs were staging a mutiny. I tried medicinal teas and homeopathic remedies with limited success, but one night I asked myself how do I get this poison out of my system? Charcoal finally came to mind. I took some, and the difference was dramatic in a short amount of time. It helped with the icy hot sensation that was ping ponging through my veins and lessened my overall fatigue. Lumps on my wrists, arms, legs, and neck softened enough that I could finally get real sleep. Every once in a while the symptoms flare back up, especially if I’m dehydrated, and I take charcoal right away. Each time, it does the job and the episodes are decreasing. It's not a cure all, but it helps tremendously. This is obviously just my personal experience, not medical advice, but activated charcoal has earned a permanent place in my home. It’s one of those simple, unassuming remedies that quietly proves its value when you really need it. I won’t be without it.

I didn't get to use these, and they ended up in the trash. Gel caps with liquid charcoal inside was an interesting enough idea, and the reviews good enough for me to order them. I ordered capsules from another brand to replace these. I see in the reviews that this product used to be sold in capsules. I think the product info should tell us the advantage to gel, if there is one. If there is, I would try them again.

Not recommended. It basically does nothing if you have severe bloating. You cannot see the content of the pill as it's a filled solid block not transparent casing with powder. Also the amount mg per serving is really low, so you need to take multiple, and still nothing happens. If you want something that works, do not buy this. Not sure about the positive experiences.
