I'm obsessed with this chair. I was struggling in an old classic black pleather Walmart special before with 2 seat cushions under my rear and a blanket over the back for support. This chair cradles me so well. The lumbar pillow is easily adjusted to where you need it based on what angle or position you desire to sit at. The neck cushion is similarly adjustable, though not as extensively as the lumbar one. The material is soft yet feels sturdy, I got the all light grey one and even with 2 dogs, and "house sweatpants" with dog hair, it remains clean. Hair brushes off easily and a Tide pen is perfect for spot cleaning. The adjustable foot rest is incredible. I can sit with my legs crossed or extended. I'm 5'4" and this seat lowers to the point where I can sit flat footed and in perfect posture. I also have a floor cushion for my own sake because I have a nerve condition. I typically spend HOURS at a time in this chair and I don't have the extreme pain and discomfort one would expect from a typical desk chair. The arm rests are cushioned so well, so propping your forearms or elbows on them is plush and comfortable. Asswmbly was swift and simple, with thorough directions and tools provided. Everything about this chair feels smooth and sturdy. The only thing I haven't tried is the massager in the lumbar cushion, so look to other reviews for that :)

I recommend this chair if you’re on a budget and been wanting a gaming chair like myself. Overall its pretty comfortable and functions properly in terms of reclining or raising and lower. The fabric isn’t the best, it’s a bit rough in my opinion and the cushioning on the arm rests seem like they might wear out fast but time will tell. It’s definitely one of those cases where you get what you paid for (keep in mind a great quality gaming chair values $200-$300) but definitely worth the price! Also the foot rest seems a bit flimsy but it’s a nice bonus and probably won’t use it much. 9.5/10 so I guess a 5 star review seems fair :)

It is surprisingly nice. I wasn’t expecting much but this has been very nice. The back support vibrates to my pleasant surprise. I can sit just about any way I want to which is nice. Love love love it

The fabric on this GTPLAYER gaming chair feels surprisingly nice: soft, looks decent, and seems like it would hold up well over time. The design with the footrest, lumbar support, and headrest is exactly what I was looking for in terms of features. Unfortunately, I never got to find out how comfortable it actually is because I couldn't assemble it. The hardware kit that came with the chair was completely wrong for this model. Customer service initially said they would send the right parts quickly, but there is zero follow-up or progress. No tracking info, no new shipment, nothing. At this point, it's just sitting ready to assemble, just taking up space. I am standing over it as I write this. If you're considering this chair, I'd strongly suggest finding a different seller who actually ships the correct hardware or just picking a completely different model altogether. The chair itself might be fine, but the assembly experience has been a total letdown. Update: Multiple days later and the hardware still has not shipped. SKIP THIS PRODUCT/SELLER

Missing washers and slight stain before sitting in chair. Looks good other than that

I have some issues with it but first what I like. 1. Very comfortable seat. I have problems that require a soft seat. 2. Good back rest is good. 3. Solid build where it counts. 4. Good wheels. What I don't like. 1. Foot rest is fragile. But I do have heavy feet. 2. Left side screws for the arm rest is lose. Don't think they are going to stay screwed. Probably just a manufacturing error out of a million. I think that is it. For a lower end chair it is very good. Well actually i wouldn't know. This is the first decent chair I have had. It was comfortable enough that I was able to sleep in it. Sit in it for hours which is important. I haven't been able to sit long enough to get any work donefor awhile.

Colors off… the white fabric is less of a cool grey and more of a cream white.

My husband gifted me this chair to help with my lumbar strain. I am so in love with this gaming chair coz it has a massaging feature that helps your back. The height adjustment feature of it is awesome most especially for someone short like me. The padding of the backrest of the chair is so comfortable. The footrest is another thing that I love about it. You can tuck it in if you're done stretching out your legs.
