Great product
I keep buying this cheese over and over. It is on the expensive side, but the quality is great, and the packaging gets it to me in excellent fresh shape. Plus the shipping happens pretty fast considering the distance involved. A good company with good products and good customer service.

Good Stuff!
I come from a family where cheese is part of the existential religious experience…an annual drive from Kansas to Wisconsin to pick up enough cheese for the rest of the year was normal for us (normal was a setting on the clothes washer…). Somehow I managed to order two of these 5-pound bags, and we’ve happily made numerous omelets, grilled cheese sandwiches, soups, and other treats. The cheeses used are high quality and melt easily. I will definitely buy this item again, although one bag at a time should be sufficient!
