What's the difference between dual-key mode and single unlock mode?

Factory default is dual-key mode, requiring 2 main keys to unlock simultaneously, ideal for shared access between couples and business partners. You can switch to single mode, supporting password-only or secondary key-only unlock for private use.

What should I do if the batteries die and I can't open the safe?

Use the included external battery box for emergency access. Install 4 AA batteries, connect it to the panel bottom emergency power port, then enter your password to unlock. CRITICAL NOTE: Never store keys or the battery box inside the safe.

Does the safe have an alarm function?

Yes, it features a 24H all-round alarm system. It triggers an alarm and auto-locks for protection when violently vibrated/pried, or after 3 consecutive wrong password entries. It also comes with a low battery reminder.

Is the interior shelf removable? What's the material of the lining?

It is equipped with 2 removable shelves, which you can freely adjust the height or remove to store large items. The interior is fully wrapped with soft leather lining, scratch-proof and anti-collision to protect your valuables.

What's included in the package? Is it easy to install?

The package includes: safe, 2 main keys, 2 secondary keys, external battery box, factory mounting screws, user manual. It can be installed in 2 simple steps with the detailed manual, no professional help required.
