Will this pump transfer diesel oil and or hydraulic fluid

This pump is rated for diesel and kerosene. The engine oil which has a high viscosity can not be used with this pump. Gasoline and other chemical liquids are strictly prohibited.

Will it suck 75w140 gear oil out of ford ptu? what about mercon v transmission oil from transmission of the car?

You can not pump gear oil or transmission oil using this product. They both have a high viscosity. To pump these fluid might cause the overheating in the motor and melted wires, or even burst into flames.

The cables red and black are to short to reach my car battery. Can i add a cable extension to the red and black cable wire?

The easiest way to extend the reach of the transfer pump is to use jumper cables. Hook the alligator jumper cable clips to the battery and alligator clip to clip black to black, red to.red to the alligator clips on the pump electrical cord. This is a fast and easy way to extend the reach with little voltage drop.
