Like that it is red light and massager
So far so good right now.. I definitely like the dual usage. I have been going to red light therapy for a while and so glad I have been able to find a wrap I could use at home for both beauty and sore joints.I like that it versatile and comes with attachments, one for plugging in an outlet and one to plug into a power bank.

Not too uncomfortable
This fits well around my wrist, and the wrap seems to warm up relatively quickly. You can cycle through different options, but the problem I have with it is that you need to be wired and connected to a power outlet, like a powerbank. It would be nice to be able to walk around with it, but maybe this is a good way to tell me to slow down and just sit for 15-20 minutes.

Feels great
I actually have a larger floor model red light lamp that I use, the problem is that it's not always convenient when I don't have much time. So I thought maybe having a smaller device I could focus on the most problematic areas without setting up and breaking down, dressing and undressing, etc. With this "torch" model, you can simply point the light toward the area you're working on and that's it. It's small enough to be portable so you can use it in any room at home or take it on the go. At first I thought I might have made a mistake because the main area I have problems with is my back, and I didn't take into account that it might be hard to reach. The nice thing about this device is that it comes with a small tripod attachment that can also be used as a handle so I can get the light to where I need it without a lot of fuss. The red light therapy hand held model also comes in it's own zippered case for when its not in use and contains two rechargeable batteries. Only one is needed to run the device and the other is a spare. There is also a charger with a usb attachment, protective eyewear, and an attachment for use on small areas like lips. Additionally, there is a small instruction pamphlet with instructions that are easy to read.

Red light therapy for wrist or other small area
I’m a red light therapy convert. I started using it years ago to reduce inflammation, for skin care as well as pain relief. I got my first RLT unit from Costco. Since it helped me a lot, but isn’t portable, I got this smaller one, called “Topcupro Red Light Therapy Wrist Wrap - Near Infrared Light Therapy Wrist Brace & Red Light Therapy for Wrist Belt Wrap Pad Heating for Faster Recovery & Wrist Pain Relief- Infrared Wrist Wrap Wrist Support”.The Topcupro RLT wrist brace does not come with power. You must supply your power and you can use a battery or plug it into a USB C power source. It comes with an extra long cord (power cable) that is 87” long.It emits wavelengths of 1600nm, 850nm and 660nm simultaneously. You can control whether you want them on 100% brightness, 50% brightness or flashing. The different settings can help control the amount of heat the lights give off, so if it feels too warm, you can put it on 50% intensity or flashing mode. It has a 30 minute auto shutoff timer. It comes with extra pieces of velcro straps so it can be used on leg/thigh or other areas or even on your waist. The extension piece is 31” long, but you need to overlap the velcro some. The part with the lights is 15.75” x 3.94”, and has 48 lights. The fabric has kind of a neoprene feel with soft velvet facing the skin. It has a slight chemical odor, but did not leave an chemical odor on my skin.Overall, I like this RLT unit to treat small areas. I like the portability of it. I find RLT (Red Light Therapy) effective at reducing my aches and also reducing inflammation.

Red Light Therapy, Handheld Red Light Therapy Device
There are at least 3 completely different red light therapy devices on this page. I got the small flashlight shaped one. It came in a soft "hard case" with sunglasses, a tripod, 2 oddly shaped batteries, a USB port powered battery charger, a tripod, and a clip of some kind, probably to hold the flashlight onto the small tripod. Put a battery in and tested it. Six different kinds of light, one click of the side button changes the light. It starts with red and blue combined, then red and blue strobe, then red, then red strobe, then off for two clicks. Then blue light, then blue strobe, then off. Seems well made, flashlight body is aluminum. Hard case came in a plain box that could be gift wrapped.

Faulty unit
I wanted to like this belt but unfortunately I received a faulty unit. I just received the belt and lights are flickering from time to time, and the 850 nm function doesn’t work.

Quite comfortable
I was very happy to discover this red light therapy wrap that is made specifically for the wrist area, simply because having to work on my computer for the majority of the day, almost every day, I have been experiencing some wrist discomfort of late. The first thing I noticed about the wrap was how soft (almost like the feel of a velvet) it was on the inside, the part that comes into contact with my skin. The wrap is easy enough to put into position, starting with inserting my thumb into the thumbhole and then just guiding it around my wrist from that point. Additional velcro straps are provided to secure the wrap tighter if desired, or even to modify the positioning. There are three different modes that I can easily differentiate between as they are designated respectively by a red light, blue light, or green light. It did not take long for me to feel the warmth of the light on my skin, which indeed felt refreshing. While it would be nice if this were entirely portable, it can still be powered by a portable power bank via USB connection, which does provide a lot of flexibility with regard to where I can use it, even though it must be connected via a wire at all times while it is functioning. Regardless, I am very happy to now have this and expect that it will prove very useful.
