One of the best toasters we have had we like all the features the turn dial for toast level is easy-to-use, and the button to cancel toast operation is at the top and lights up very easy access, you can leave it out on the counter all the time it is a very nice looking toaster.

I absolutely love this toaster. Beautiful color works amazing.

Nice. I didn’t know that the bagel setting only toasts on one side (the inside) but you have to figure out which way to put the bagel into the toaster. It’s with the inside of the bagel pointing away from the other half. Toasting is good and even otherwise as is the easy set time dial.

It's nice but a little flimsy

I have had the same toaster for 20 years and it finally gave out. I read so many hundreds of toaster reviews before I made my selection. Many had the same problem, including this one, the toast will not stay down. This toaster is a beautiful, stunning design.I ignored what a few reviews said about this toasterbecause because of the design. I plugged the toaster in as the instructions stated to run before using. First try, the toast would not stay down on either side, no matter what I did. I took a chance, I am so mad. The toaster should be tested before they are shipped!!!! It’s an old saying but true, Don’t let beauty fool you!REVISED! I am embarrassed about the above review and I want to correct it. Upon ordering and receiving a different replacement toaster that I didn’t like as well, I found the new toaster did not work either and I was furious. Again many reviews of both toasters said it did not work even posted videos. I decided that it was no coincidence for both of mine. I plugged it in to a different outlet and the toaster worked. It was the outlet that was replaced during a remodel of our kitchen that didn’t work.My heartfelt apology to the original toaster company. I feel terrible because it was a beautiful toaster and I am sure it worked fine! I am so sad I have my 2nd choice instead of my first choice because of an incompetent electrician. My bad for not realizing I would have to check the workmanship of an electrician and no it was not on a GFI because I checked that for the first toaster.

So far so good. Love the added with for bagels.
