FelixAs Good As It Looks Adult Cat Food Ocean Feasts in Jelly, 12x100g

I've brought this once before so thought I'd buy again, this time my order contained split packets which leaked and created the most VILE, REPULSIVE smell you can imagine.One split packet would have been fine, but more than one in two different boxes which then LEAKED through the box is NOT OKAY!!!!I couldn't have that stink anywhere near my house so threw the soggy boxes and packets away otherwise i'd be returning them ASAP!!!!!!!!!! AMAZON READ THIS!!!!!!!!!!

It appears that Felix Cat Food has been ‘re-engineered’ - the packaging is different, the smell is different and my cat, who has devoured it for 5 years, now simply sniffs it and walks away! She happily eats other food!There are thousands of reviews on the internet also experiencing the same problems or even worse - many cats are ill or have died! What is extremely disconcerting and disappointing is that the manufacturer ‘Purina’ deny the recipe has changed! That is adding ‘insult to injury’. However, they will soon have to do something about it because their sales figures will plummet!

At the top of the review board under “most helpful”, there’s s lot of negative reviews showing broken packaging and foul smells.Those instances are unfortunate, but I thought I’d still take a punt and purchase this due to the sheer convenience of the bulk order. I have two cats, each needing two pouches per day, so this works out at a months supply in one Prime delivery. No more having to think about walking to the local to buy a pack of 12 at almost double the price.The pouches I get are all perfectly sealed, and the date on them is October 2020, which is 21 months time, so well in-date.The packaging format is greet. 3 boxes of 40 pouches, with each box of 40 arranged in piles of 10 of each flavour. Very easy and convenient, no more faffing around during feeding time before work.The box is extremely heavy, so I can definitely see a heavy hit or something breaking a pouch or two, but I suppose that’s the risk you take. It was perfectly fine for me, and definitely the convenient choice. I’ll be ordering again next month.

I have been buying felix from amazon for a couple of years but this product awful there were spilt pouches and the smell was awful i have throw over 7 pouches so far. Amazon need to review this product as there is something dodgy i will not be buying again.i had to wash them but it does not take the smell away

I just want to say there is nothing wrong with the cat food and my cat likes it a lot, so I would definitely recommend me this to other people. My biggest problem is th e price being charged. Its 12 pounds for 6 sachets of cat food and that's a complete RIP off and the seller should reduce his price immediately.

We wrote this review because our in-house servant was busy cleaning our cat beds which include the 3 seater sofa, 2 chairs and the beds.We like Felix sensations as it is very nutritional and tastes really great. There are 10 packets in the box with a bag of crunchies. We like the crunchies but in small amounts as they tend to be a bit rich for us.We clear our plates every time and we ensure no food is left over so we ensure we eat what's left between us. We like the fact that it is hard to close the box securely so that we can pull the packets out and bite into the cat food ready in time for dinner!Overall its a great tasting, yummy cat food but we're not really too keen on the crunchies.

Wouldn't have written a review for catfood normally, however since all of the pouches I have opened so far inside one of the six smaller boxes that come in this package contained only jelly with no meat whatsoever, (the first 5 out of 20- leaving the rest unopened till I record the opening), I am airing my concerns. All of the other boxes have been fine, just this one letting down the whole package. I will be uploading a video later opening one of these and will be contacting Purina directly about the quality issues. Review is only getting 3 starts because of this issue, would have been 5 otherwise as I have never had this problem when buying this product of the shelves in stores. My cats love Felix As Good as Looks, its just about the only wet food they actually like, so they were very disappointed when their bowls contained only jelly.

Strange that we are asked to rate flavour and scent. It’s cat food. I haven’t tried it myself and strangely the scent is of cat food.However, our cat eats it. Unless you know our feline dictator, you won’t appreciate how good a review that is.
