THIS PRICEING GUN I HAVE BOUGHT BEFORE SO THIS IS MY SECOND EASYEST TO LOAD OF ANY GUN I HAVE EVERLOADED. THEW INK ROLLER IS EASY TO LOAD AS WELL. NEVER HAD THE GUN MISS FEED THE LABLE ALWAYS PRINTS CLEAR AND NOT ALL OVER THE PLACE LIKE THE ONES I ANM REPLACING LOVE THIS GUN.

Right off the bat, this price gun had issues. The dial wouldn't turn to change the numbers, the labels would stick inside the gun, and you had to use both hands to get the label to come out of the gun. Tried calling customer support multiple times. Each time I got this rep who acted as if it was operator error, was disrespectful and down-right unhelpful. Last Monarch price gun I'll ever buy. Bummer.
