Easy mix in a cup just stir for 20 seconds then crush any bits left around the edge of the cup stir again for 5 seconds and swirl around cup before drinking the last bit and it’s a smooth drink with absolutely no taste at all I mix with water and it tastes just like water should. I feel better recovery whilst exercising and stronger. It does what it should. The bag seals like it should if your careful opening and closing so I’m super happy with it 😁😁😁

Very pleased with my purchase of creatine monohydrate power it mixes in with my protein shakes and is so fine you don't notice its in the shake like some creatine is very gritty this one however is perfect I'll be buying again.
