Disappointing Customer Service from Faber India
Very disappointing experience with Faber India’s customer service. Response times are extremely slow, follow-ups are ineffective, and there is a clear lack of coordination and accountability from the service team. Issues remain unresolved despite multiple reminders. Expected much better after-sales support from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, the service experience does not match the brand promise.
