The quality for the price is exceptional. I love the different settings and I use it almost everyday for at least 15 minutes depending on if I did any other exercise that day. It sit out in my living room & use it while watching TV. Have had a couple of surgeries on my right knee and it feels great especially if I bend my knees slightly, helps in relieving any little pain I have. Highly recommend!

So, I had to get another one of these because my partner(we don't live together) fell in love with it. So ... I gifted it to him as it really helps with his back and shoulder pain . I also got my mom to get one. Great product !!! Easy to assemble and use .

This has a great design, is affordable, and works far better than I expected. After each session, my legs feel like I just had a solid workout -- that satisfying “good burn” that tells you the muscles were actually engaged. It leaves my legs feeling stronger, more toned, and noticeably activated. For the price, the quality and results are impressive. If you want something simple that genuinely works, this is a great pick.

I haven't compared this to any others but I do really like it, I have joint issues and this is very helpful for releiving the pain and helping me body to relax. Quality seems good, it makes some noices (outside of the obviously necessary ones) but that's not too much. For a vibration plate, I think the size is good and good for home use, it's fairly compact and fits in the corner of my room in my house, or under my desk, I use it as vibrating foot rest also. I can see that consistent use of this would help with circulation and mobiliy issues. I left off the one start just because I don't have compairson to other machines to know if the extra noise it's making is normal for these machines or not.

Combined with movement, it doesn’t replace workouts but enhances them. Overall, a quality vibration plate for the price — worth it if you want more options beyond basic workouts.

I got the vibration plate and loved it. It stopped working and I tossed it. To my great surprise Ana from LifePro called and asked how things were going. I told her I loved it until it quit. She sent me another one! She said it was still on its warranty! 1st time Ive heard of a company standing behind its product so well. Now I have my vibration plate again and it works great!

My husband and I are in our 80s and we needed some way to exercise as we don't get around much. I heard about vibration boards and decided this was our Christmas present to ourselves. We only do a minute or two a day and from the first day we noticed the difference in our bodies. Our everyday aches and pains have disappeared, we wake up alert and we go to sleep quickly without having to get up 2 or 3 times during the night, our breathing has improved to deep breathing easily, we can feel the difference in our muscles as they are getting stronger. It is so easy to use that we look forward to our daily turn. My husband has circulation problems and this has helped his legs to function better. All in all I would definitely reccomend this machine to anyone having mobility or exercising problems. Just be sure to follow the directions to the letter to avoid overdoing it.

Very good, I like that you can spend 10 min a day using it and still get some worthwhile exercises done in that small amount of time. There are different modes so you're not always using the same intensity and speed etc. mine didn't come with a remote as I bought a used, very good one for a bit of money off, but I was able to order a remote from eBay which works fine. I could be using them incorrectly but the attached resistance bands aren't very good, they don't seem to do a lot for me. But I bought a ten dollar set on Amazon and have been using those
