I bought this wool filled, super soft, cloud like mattress topper and it was delivered about four hours ago. I immediately put it on my bed. Ate dinner, did the whole domestic goddess stuff and have actually gone to bed four hours earlier than I would normally do BECAUSE of this topper. I cannot recommend it enough. If you have a cheap, budget mattress and cannot justify spending stupid amounts of money on a ‘hotel’ like mattress, which is the equivalent price of a second hand car, don’t. Buy this mattress topper instead. We spend a third of our lives in bed and investing under £200 on providing a good nights sleep is a solid investment. It’s a sustainable, ethically sourced product. From Chatsworth! My favourite stately home. So now, not only am I outrageously comfortable, toasty warm and contented, but I now also feel rather fancy and just a tiny bit Lady of the House. Spend the money. It is worth absolutely every last well earned penny.

This is a great topper, makes a much bigger difference comfort wise than I expected. Being wool you tend not to sweat so much. Though it is expensive.

I’m extremely impressed with this mattress topper. The quality is outstanding and you can immediately feel that it’s a well-made, natural product. I bought it in the UK but actually transported it to the Caribbean where I live, which is a very humid climate, and it has performed brilliantly.One of the biggest advantages is how breathable it is. Even on hot, humid nights when you would normally wake up sweaty in bed, the wool keeps the bed feeling cool and dry. It seems to regulate temperature really well and prevents that damp feeling you often get in bed in humid environments.I originally purchased this after having problems with duck down pillows that became mouldy within a week in the humidity. I have been wanting to switch my bedding to all natural materials and also needed a wider mattress protector but didn’t want to use synthetic materials. This wool topper has been the perfect solution — it’s completely natural, breathable and doesn’t trap moisture the way synthetic covers can. I was a bit dubious about the thickness, but it is more than thick enough to ensure my ageing back is protected from the crappy mattress in my rented apartment. It gives the bed a luxurious feel, is slip resistant and even though it is a high price point in comparison to synthetic toppers, well worth the money.Overall, this is an amazing quality topper: breathable, natural, comfortable and ideal even in very humid climates. If you want something that protects your mattress, avoids synthetic materials and helps keep your bed cool and dry, this is a fantastic option.

Excellent product and very little smell. Packaging quite stinky with plastic smell, the bed protector had to off gas for a couple of days in a spare room because of it. I have used it for a couple of months now and I would recommend. Comfy and practical

I love it. It is a perfect quality. For me, it was a little bit expensive, but I am so happy I bought it. I expected something thicker, but it is not possible to get that much high-quality wool at a reasonable price. I think I did a great deal. I know it will work for me. I am planning to buy more Woolroom products.

This is the third time I’ve purchased their mattress toppers, and I’m always delighted with the extra comfort and warmth they provide. Made from pure wool, the toppers do have a natural scent, but if you’re already using a wool mattress (like Hypnos or Vispring), you likely won’t even notice it. I bought the third topper for my child, but my four-year-old found it a bit too warm—something I hadn’t anticipated as a potential issue. That said, the customer service team was incredibly responsive and arranged a return and refund within just three days. Highly recommended for anyone seeking quality and comfort!

I love this topper. It’s incredibly soft and has made my bed much more comfortable, I’m sleeping much better now. Very pleased and it’s made with British wool!
