I mainly cooked with it. It tastes good in dishes. I heats quickly, so don't use too much heat if you cook with it, especially if you fry things with it. It was nice to use it. Next time I won't cook with it only. It's a healthy oil and has a lot of different uses

Thicker oil and it works
This oil is thicker than the Neutrogena Sesame oil and has a slight nutty/sesame order to it. Although i was skeptical at first I am really loving it. I am using it daily and my rough spots are getting smoother. I
