My skin feels amazing with this! I stumbled upon this brand & decided to give it a try, I was skepticle because I haven't had luck in the past with other brands. But this....this stuff is amazing & I will forever be buying The Ordinary everything! My skin feels more hydrated & acne is almost non existant now. My face feels so soft & moisturized when using this. It's not heavy, or oily, & lasts all day-literally!!

I use this as a hair styling product. I have very sensitive skin and hair gels cause itchiness and redness wherever they touch my skin, no matter the brand. This stuff actually improves skin tone while giving the perfect very light, weightless hold for my extra fine Northern European type hair. No more red ears and forehead on date night. I use a garbanzo bean - sized amount, worked into the front and top, and it gives light texture and hold. You can't tell I'm using a product, and it's perfect for special occasions and everyday. We love! As a moisturizer, I like the concept and soothing experience of the gel, but found it to be just lightly moisturizing. I use tretinoin at night, so for the face I tend to reach for something robustly moisturizing with hyaluronic acid and PDRN, or similar.

Wow! This product really helped calm my skin after a seb derm flare up. It was feeling raw and tight at first but after a few uses, I noticed the difference right away. It’s very lightweight and has a cooling effect so when your skin is feeling hot and angry, you will instantly feel this burst of hydration from the moisturizer. I love that it’s fragrance-free and affordable yet high quality, unlike other brands that add all the extra stuff you don’t need and mark up the price. I wanted a product that works, is mindful of sensitive skin and affordable - this was it!

This product is excellent. I use it on my face, along with a few other products by The Ordinary. It is a very light, non-greasy gel moisturizer that doesn't irritate my skin or cause acne. I had been avoiding things like "moisturization" because I thought I was immune from it. But then a few wrinkles started creeping in, then a few more. I like low maintenance, so I use this when I get ready for bed with a few other The Ordinary products (Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 and the Multi Peptide Eye Serum). The Moisturizing Gel locks it all down. I had tried Particle for Men, but I found the cost, plus the results to not be as good as a few well-chosen products. Highly recommended!

This is a great moisturizer for oily skin. Especially in warm weather because it’s not thick at all. It’s a gel that glides on with a cooling sensation. One thing I will say is, you need other hydrating layers before you put this on. It’s not hydrating enough on its own. If you’re looking for a moisturizer that does it all, this won’t be for you. But when I put toner and serum on before this moisturizer, my skin feels hydrated and refreshed. I can go to sleep knowing this moisturizer won’t cause more acne because it lets your skin breathe.

I’ve always wanted to try The Ordinary, so when I ran out of moisturizer, I decided it was the perfect time to give this brand a try. I really like how lightweight it feels on my skin without feeling greasy or heavy. My usual moisturizer is No7 Protect & Perfect Night Cream/Day Cream. I had also been using Neutrogena Sensitive Skin, but I didn’t feel like it was moisturizing my skin enough. So far, The Ordinary has been a nice addition to my skincare routine, and I’m really enjoying the texture and feel of it.

As someone who HATES piling stuff on her face, this is such a good moisturizer. I already have to wear stuff on my face to control my acne so I needed a moisturizer that JUST focuses on moisturizing and not add a bunch of other potentially irritating sruff in it. Most importantly, it feels very lightweight. Doesn't leave a heavy creamy feeling on this skin. The price tag did make me hesitate, but a small amount does cover the face well so It will last.

Idk if i’m applying this wrong but I find that even when i put more on, my skin just drinks it up and it dries really fast- Especially when trying to pat it in. I put it on after adapalene at night which requires ur skin to be fully dry so that may be why it feels i havent applied any moisturizer at all. Following up with my squalane oil does help a lot- I woke up and my skin felt good and hydrated, and I didn’t have any new breakouts like I usually do with my other moisturizer paired w squalane.

Gel muy fresquito, se absorbe enseguida sellando el sérum que utilices antes y deja la piel con un acabado natural, nada graso. No es una crema de tratamiento, por lo que más allá de hidratar ligeramente no va a aportar nada a tu piel, pero es justo lo que buscaba ya que utilizo otros productos previamente. Si tienes la piel mixta o seca quizás se quede corta de hidratación, sobre todo en invierno... pero ahora para verano es perfecta y más por el precio que tiene.

it really helped me to remove acnes from my face but its important if u use it every night before you sleep and every morning the next day.

At 60 yo I have found my forever moisturizer!! I have healthy but mature skin with some dry flaky patches and I tend to break out if I use a moisturizer that is too "rich". I had tried UNIK beta glucan which was lovely but didn't seem to have staying power for hydration. This is the perfect weight, absorbs quickly but continues to moisturize without greasiness. There is no scent and it preps the skin nicely for other products such as a primer and foundation though I use primer and tinted moistrizer for a more natural look/finish. I would highly recommend and I suspect it would work well for all skin types. It is a good size for the price and I use maybe a large pea-size amount which covers face, neck and decollete, gliding on nicely. Thank goodness I discovered this and I don't ever want to run out!
