This book had some very amazing strategies and tips on how individuals could focus on growth in various aspects of their lives. Highly recommend who loves getting lost in a book I highly recommend this read.

A great piece of advice, I love the path to spiritual growth, to development, to believing. I like the idea of being able to fly high!

John is the business guru....people like Steve Jobs, Bill Gates, all were lucky. John has built a successful empire and business reputation on 40 plus years of being a successful, business leader. He teaches, coaches, mentors, hosts events and is a well sought after public speaker. He's a intentional person, with a Christian background and belief and he practices both personally and professionally what he preaches and teaches. You may not believe in religion, and or share his views on Christianity and he'll tell you upfront that's okay! However, when he speaks about leadership and your role as a leader, strategy, leading, mentoring, coaching, etc....you can borrow money and bet, he's giving you 110% fact based successful information you can bank on!

I’m halfway through the book but I really am enjoying it. It’s very easy to read and the strategies are easy to understand and don’t seem too difficult to implement. I would definitely recommend reading this book

Really good book

This book goes down in history as one of my top 5 favorite books of all time! I cannot wait to read more from John Maxwell. This is only my second book I've read by him, but I am hooked! One thing he really touched on was the value of EVALUATED experience. If you go through something and never learn from it, then it doesn't truly teach you. To grow, you must learn from your mistakes and setbacks.

I took some good insights from the book: - Put your family ahead of your own desires. Put the development of people at the workplace ahead of your own advancement. - To distinguish yourself, get noticed, and advance your career, you need to do and be more. You have to rise above average. You can do this by asking more of yourself than others ask, expecting more from yourself than others expect, believing more in yourself than others believe, doing more than others think you should have to do, giving more than others think you should give, and helping more than others think you should help Thanks John for being dedicated to GROW YOURSELF.

I haven’t found a John Maxwell book that wasn’t filled with knowledge. A easy read but take your time with
