HP ENVY 5020 Multifunctional Printer

Really happy with the print quality of this printer. It’s quick and photo look fantastic. The install was relatively quick with easy to follow instructions. My computer didn’t locate the printer straight away so took an hour but other than that no issues and would recommend.

I want to especially thank the seller for his quick response and solution. I bought the ENVY 5020 but could'n enroll with HP service. Isaiah responded immediately and offer to send a new printer, upgrading with a ENVY 5021 without charging anything extra. He was pending that everything working well. Now my printer works perfectly and Im so happy with the producto and service. I highly recommend it! Thanks again Isaiah for your help!

Great printer, sturdy, prints well and quickly, easy to use. Would of been 5 stars, but was difficult to first set up, we went round in circles trying to connect, spent a few hours sorting it. That said once we eventually got it set up I have been really pleased with it.

This was an emergency replacement through lockdown. Arrived fast and it is better that expected for the price. Good print quality, easy to use and several different functions. Highly recommend and compact size compared to some.

I ordered this for my home office. As the printer seems ok -- cannot really tell since I only managed to print two documents: 20 pages text and 10 pages overheads. Tried to print a third one, the printer just hung. Cancelled the print a few times and tried again. No luck. Restarted the printer, pc, the usual routine. Eventually, after a few hours it started to print -- but managed only 3,5 pages and then stopped. All this time the printer kept urging me to sign up to HP's ink cartridge programme (they are in the business of selling ink, not printers: that's how they make their profit). Ok, signed up for three months trial. Apparently this programme is supposed to send me refills on a timely basis. That was Friday last week. It is now Wednesday, no ink received, basically I am sitting with a useless printer. I do not know (although I suspect) whether HP did this on purpose: send the printer with an already empty ink cartridge to kick-start the ink sales. But I certainly do not like buying a printer that stops working after two documents. And I do not like being played so HP can extract more money out of me. Alternatively, if this printer really can only handle 30 pages before requiring a refill, it most certainly is not appropriate for any other use than as a paperweight. And for that it is too big and ugly. Poor job, HP. UPDATE: I contacted HP support and they confirmed the printer only came with setup ink cartridges which were practically empty upon arrival. It is like selling me a car and delivering one with an empty tank. HP's Instant Ink programme tells me ink was set on delivery two days ago, and I should receive it within 2 weeks (10 working days). So, I buy a car from HP and have to wait for two weeks to receive the gasoline so I can actually drive it. User reviews indicate that even the full cartridges (which cost upwards of 10 pounds, one tenth of the price of the printer) are only good for 50 - 100 pages of text. So I am returning this printer and switching to another brand, with a primary focus on running costs and reliability of delivery.

We needed a printer for our home and did a lot of browsing and came across this lovely printer. The installation is really easy and the print quality is excellent. In addition you can scan pages into pdf which is handy for home working.

You have to download an app to install. The wifi would not connect. It kept asking for the wps key from the router which it would not accept. It kept telling me it was wrong when it wasn't. After several hours I reverted to a USB lead to connect. I had to uinstall and reinatall the software several times to do this. The touch screen control panel is tiny, 44x28mm so the icons are much smaller than my finger tips so is difficult to use. The print and scan doctor program was very useful. The print quality is fine. I think the free ink offer is a bit misleading with only 15 free pages a month

J’utilise surtout cette imprimante pour des documents familiaux. L’impression est de qualité. L’écran tactile est plus difficile à gérer. Il faut du doigté. Je m’en accommode assez bien. Faites l’installation de l’imprimante avec HP Smart et suivez les instructions. N’oubliez pas d’installer l’application sur l’imprimante et l’ordinateur. C’est assez facile. L’imprimante n’est pas livrée avec le câble USB (ethernet). J’ai récupéré celui de mon ancienne imprimante HP (5540), c’est compatible. J’utilise aussi mon imprimante en wifi, pour imprimer avec mon iPhone et ma tablette. Cette imprimante répond à mes besoins. Je me suis de suite abonnée à Instant Ink, pour faire des économies d’encre. L’abonnement est souple (plusieurs choix). Je recommande. Envoi aussi de papier qui correspond à mon imprimante HPRINTER, compris dans mon abonnement. Je suis satisfaite de mon imprimante HP Envy 5020. Je vais aussi faire quelques impressions photos pour essai uniquement. Mais la principale utilisation c’est l’impression, le scanner et la copie de documents. Bonne imprimante.

Ho preso la decisione questa stampante stufa di collegare sempre tutto al PC. Apparte la velocità dei corrieri che anche se eravamo in pandemia sono stati velocissimi. Cmq la stampante è facile da installare, facile da usare. In un attimo stampa. Ottima perché è anche una fotocopiatrice e scanner. Ottimo prodotto. Prima di comprarla ho letto un po' di recensioni. Ma mi sono fidata del mio istinto e dalla marca. La cosa super è che registrandosi puoi avere le cartucce direttamente a casa. Con l'applicazione ti dice quando sta per finire l'inchiostro oppure che il vassoio è sprovvisto di carta. Veramente una super stampante

Sí está muy bien y es muy fácil de instalar y tira bien la foto copias.

Acabo de recibirla y la verdad muy contenta no ocupa mucho solo un poco ruidosa 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
