Versatile great flavour
Since this was recommended to me by a chef I’ve used it in lots of different dishes. It has a great strong garlicky flavour that enhances food. Love it!

Favourite hot sauce
My favourite and go to milder hot sauce. Great Mexican taste and excellent for cooking too. I put it on everything, from beans on toast, to burgers and even in chilli-no-carnes. Has a milder heat with a complementary, slight vinegarette taste.

Die Cholula Hot Sauce Chili Garlic gehört bei uns mittlerweile regelmäßig zum Einsatz in der Küche. Sie passt sehr gut zu vielen Gerichten und bringt eine angenehme Schärfe mit, ohne den eigentlichen Geschmack der Speisen zu überdecken. Besonders gelungen ist die Kombination aus Chili und Knoblauch. Der Geschmack wirkt rund und aromatisch, mit einer leichten Würze, die spürbar ist, aber nicht zu dominant wird. Dadurch eignet sich die Sauce auch für Personen, die gerne etwas Schärfe mögen, aber keine extrem scharfen Saucen suchen. Die Konsistenz ist gut abgestimmt und lässt sich leicht dosieren. Ob zu Eiern, Reisgerichten, Fleisch oder auch zu einfachen Snacks wie Sandwiches oder Wraps, die Sauce passt vielseitig und wertet viele Gerichte geschmacklich auf. Im Vergleich zu sehr scharfen Hot Saucen steht hier klar das Aroma im Vordergrund. Genau diese Balance macht sie im Alltag besonders angenehm nutzbar. Insgesamt eine sehr geschmackvolle Sauce mit ausgewogener Schärfe und vielseitiger Verwendung. Für Liebhaber milder bis moderater Hot Saucen eine klare Empfehlung.
