Clear Skin Supplement Acne Support, Zinc DIM, Probiotics, Doctor-Formulated

This Clear3 Skin Supplement Support actually works! I'm 3 weeks in, about half a bottle down. From other reviews saying "give it a week to start working" gave me the impression that nothing would happen when first starting to take it. But this supplement started purging my skin, immediately. As in, same day of the first dose, immediately. Took about a week for the purging to complete and after that, my acne has cleared up and stayed pretty manageable. Almost non existent. I will purchase more when I begin to get low in the bottle. The label also states that its a gut and hormone balance supplement too. So if your battling hormonal acne in your 30s ...like me... why not give this a shot? Since eating clean and keeping to a skin regimen hasn't helped in the slightest. Either way, I'm glad I went ahead and tried this stuff out cause adulting with acne is embarrassing.

Worked great to help clear up daughter’s hormonal breakouts. Combined this with chasteberry supplement and we really saw a huge difference! Only thing is, check with your doctor first, as not sure how I feel about the DIM and how it affects hormones, especially in teens.

Took about 2 and a half weeks to see results but remained consistent and almost about a month of taking I see a major difference. Skin is becoming more clear and smooth I am in love! Worth every penny.

This works, and I recommend if you have hormonal acne like myself thats been struggling. ive taken a supplement with only dim and it was 200mg as well. Would give me the worst migraine which i already have naturally. I always noticed it helped with my acne but the migraines would never end even if i took it constantly. This on the other hand has zinc, dim and probiotic which i thought would benefit even more. I started it and it did give me migraines, so i would take one and then two every other day so my body can adjust better. Now im taking two everyday and no migraine's anymore. Not only that but definitely my skin has gotten better. I really like that this has other benefits for my gut as well. I would have given a 5 star but the head aches were so bad so i would start with only one and work your way up to two over time.

I wanted these to work for me sooooo bad the other reviews what lead me to purchase and give them a try but I’m not sure if I’m allergic or what but this supplement caused me to break out in hives all over my body and itch soooooooo bad. I only took them for 2 days and I stopped to see if this what was causing the reaction and I can confirm when I stopped taking them I no longer itch I’m just hoping these hives go away soon .

This worked really fast for me and I could tell it was helping my hormonal breakouts. First, my skin was purging and then the redness and cystic breakouts significantly decreased. I stopped taking birth control a while back for other health reasons and this has helped. However, I started about 4 weeks ago and I am late for my period this month by about 3-6 days. After research I saw that this is a known side effect. I also noticed my urine was darker when taking this - another side effect. My body reacted quickly to this and these side effects ^ mean I am taking too much. I started taking 1 pill and gradually increased to 2 but as of today I’m going to stop taking it until my cycle is normal again. When I do get my normal cycle back on track I’ll probably just stick to taking 1 pill. I am planning on getting back on birth control soon but with a lower estrogen dose. I struggling with chin acne ( the inflamed pustules and small cysts) for a while that started after stopping birth control two years ago at 41. I went to a dermatologist to control and was put on winlevi (didn’t work) Cabtreo ( did work for a while but still had the once a month flair up) than tried finacea gel which was a nightmare so I decided to try this. This stuff started working immediately not only did it clear all acne after one month of use but after two months of use any back acne that I was getting that wasn’t that big of a deal cleared up completely. My skin is glowing and I no longer have a monthly flair up I think if you have hormonal acne this stuff works very well. I highly recommend for mature skin. Bonus is it helps with pms. I’ve been on this stuff for 3 months and am very happy with the results.
