The birds love the food! So my friend was happy with the present :-)

My son loved it
Bought for my special needs son who loves feeding the birds. He looked forward to seeing what was on their menu that day and would sit and wait to see what birds would tuck in. Better than a chocolate calendar, when there is so much chocolate in the house at Christmas anyway. Quite expensive, but all food for feeding birds is. Great little netted packages to hang straight outside. Would buy again just to see my son smile.

Fun feeder
Novel and fun. But as you would expect the treats are small and a bit repetitive. However it is a good motivator to care for wild life

Well, the human recipient of the calendar was very pleased. Hopefully the feathery recipients will be too!

Different style of calendar, good size feeding bags, bird loving calendar
This countdown calendar is really different, a lovely way to share the gift with the wild birds. Ideal to teach children to look after wild life. The bags of food and fat cakes are all a good size. They are all packaged well and seem simple to remove from the calendar. There are 24 gifts to open but unsure what the 25 on the edge is for. Once they have all gone there is no 25 gift, so unsure why that is there. The only other concern I have is the netting for the nuts, not really safe for birds, but we put ours in a container holding the bag so the birds don't get their claws/feet stuck in them.
