I like it as it does not need to soak for several days to remove the salt
This ham does not require days of soaking to remove the salt which is something I really appreciate. I do not have much experience with smoked meats so cannot say much. However, it does have hard spots at the butt end which I give my dog or can go in a pot of beans.
