yes. I recommend Machine Wash Cold. Tumble Dry Low. Haven't worn them yet, but they feel as if they're going to be great.

I've worn them in boots, to work, to sports, and around the house and haven't had any issues with sweating. I'm not a sweaty person, but they are pretty breathable and comfortable.
