These cabinet locks are easy to install and work well without leaving a gap for little fingers to be pinched!The adhesive is nice and strong, lasting for years in most places, although some higher- trafficked drawers the’ve had to be replaced, or screwed into place. I love the ease of use with the magnet, and the ability to switch a drawer from locked to unlocked.They are best for solid wood cabinets and drawers. I just installed a new sideboard in my dining room, and unfortunately the do not work of the faced drawers.

I almost never take the time to write Amazon reviews, but this product impressed me that much.It was incredibly easy to install, works exactly as promised, and honestly gave me the perfect level of security I was looking for.I actually purchased this for a medicine cabinet that I needed to keep my older teen out of. Silly as it may sound, this simple little lock solved the problem immediately. Could she eventually figure out the magnet concept? Sure. But that is exactly the point. The amount of effort it would take to go buy a magnet and intentionally bypass it is the same amount of effort it would take to go buy what she is trying to get into the cabinet for in the first place.Sometimes parenting is less about creating an impossible barrier and more about creating enough pause, effort, and accountability to encourage better choices. These are nice. Theyre hidden so you aren't putting big ugly pieces of plastic on your cabinet doors while still baby/kid proofing them.The real win IMO is the ease of installation. They come with a little bracket that lines everything up so it takes all of 30 seconds to install these. Seriously, the longest part is the time it takes to remove the 3m adhesive.I have cabinet doors outside the frame, but the instructions include steps for mounting to flush fit cabinet doors as well so I imagine that would work just as easily.The magnet is also thick enough to go through relatively thick cabinet doors easily.For sure recommend these!

El producto a primera vista luce muy basico, pero el paquete incluye incluso la guia para instalar cada seguro asi como sus tornillos que no vi al inicio que los incluyera y son super utiles, mi nena se llevo una sorpresa al ver que ya no puede abrir las puertas o cajones y con eso todos estamos mas tranuilos, muy recomendable.

Got children that you want to keep out of swinging cupboards then get these. Especially if your child is possessed of hulk strength and iron cunning, as my 1 year old found other locks that open wider for your finger to press easy to bypass. Be safe, get these.

They are so good, that this ADHD idiot managed to lock the magnets in my bookcase after I opened it, then shut it.Latches are super strong! And pretty safe to say not any plain magnet can be used to open the locks.100% recommend and if you are ADHD like me and do stuff like this, tou can purchase the magnets separate.
