Completely stunning design. The pennywise, crab arms do move vertically. I normally try to stay away from the cosplay bags with the movable features and large character attachments but this one was too cute to pass up! The front pocket is slightly puffy due to the quilting, pattern, and the interior does have a zipper pocket. I would warn that when you attempt to set this bag down, you will want to make sure the feet are pushed up first so they don’t end up being creased backwards. Other than that, I absolutely love this take on Pennywise, and received lots of compliments on my bag!

Absolutely LOVE this bag! I have been wanting it since October and I FINALLY have it. The legs kill me! Lol! The arms move. But overall it's the entire bag that I love. Goes great with my collection and I cannot wait to use it!
