Can you take out the electric motor if you decide to do it the old fashion way? Or can you do a regular heelie with the motor on?

You can do a regular one, there's a fair bit of resistance though in the motor, you won't go as far, if you know your stuff though you can use the motor itself as a generator while it is "off" to put back a little bit of charge into your batteries when going downhill, get a diode rated higher than 12 volts

what happens if you are 188 ponds like me?

just less performance, if you're looking to get the full experience, you can purchase a second one, strip the motor from it, and have it powered as well, the motor controller will be able to handle the extra current, you're just doubling capacity of the original powerbank so it should be fine

How are these any less dangerous than roller blades, trampolines, lawn darts, and pocket rockets when it comes to broken teeth, bones and concussions?
