I highly recommend this product. It’s good quality. I however don’t recommend taking the dose written on the bottle long term. I’ve been taking this for a while now and twice, my Vit B12 level went overboard. The doctor that reviewed my bloods said it’s harmless but I think it’s safe to stay within limits. So, I only take one capsule daily and the last time I checked, my level was still optimal. I therefore recommend one capsule daily. My health has improved greatly since I started taking it

Not bio available as NAD
I wish I did more research. I did NOT feel anything from taking these capsules and upon research found that taking NAD directly does NOT work as it gets destroyed in the gut. NAD blood infusion or injectable works. Oral works to increase NAD if you take β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) Waste of money and look for β-Nicotinamide Mononucleotide (NMN) if you want NAD improvements
